Terms of enrolment
Please read all General Terms and Conditions of Enrolment in full before enrolling on a course, as they apply to all bookings and are deemed incorporated into your contract with us. They do not affect your statutory rights.

Prior to enrolment, you will need to confirm that you have read our prospectus, accessed our website, and/or talked with us, to decide which course is best for your needs. While we will do all that we can to help you make the right choice, the ultimate decision is yours and yours alone.
Cancellation
When you book a course consisting of 2 or more units, you are purchasing a single product. Once the first unit has commenced, the whole course is deemed to have commenced. Once you have enrolled on the course and paid, the fee is non-refundable.
Deferrals
Booking a practical course is like booking a holiday: once a place is sold to one person, it becomes unavailable to others. The closer to the booked date, the more difficult it is to sell the place to someone else. If you get into a situation where you feel you must defer your booked date on a practical course or assessment, we will do everything we can to accommodate your request. However, there will be a charge.

If you fail to contact us to arrange a deferral prior to the commencement of a course, you will forfeit your place and will therefore be required to pay for the course again if you wish to re-book. If, owing to unforeseen circumstances, we are compelled to change the agreed date or venue for a course or assessment, we will endeavour to give you as much notice as possible and will take reasonable steps to book you onto the earliest available practical course or assessment convenient to you.
Written assessments and exams
When taking an exam, submitting any case study or any written assessment, if you are unsuccessful with your first attempt you will be given the opportunity to re-take the exam or re-submit the case study free of charge. If you are unable to meet an agreed deadline for either a case study or exam you may incur an administration charge; the amount depends on the length of additional time required. We advise students to keep a copy of all work submitted for marking as we will ask you to pay shipping costs if you want us to return work to you.
